70%
reduction of timeframes

Challenge

ACWA POWER is implementing major renewable energy projects in Uzbekistan, working simultaneously with local contractors, government authorities, and international partners. Document management was fragmented: some contracts and approvals were processed on paper, while others were handled via email and messengers. This created risks when preparing reports for investors and regulators, and the approval of engineering, technical, and contractual documentation between departments took weeks.

Solution

The company needed not just a document management system, but a tool capable of handling various types of processes simultaneously—from contractor negotiations to correspondence with government agencies. We broke down these flows into separate routes within EdoLine, while maintaining a single entry point for all employees. E-IMZO resolved the issue of the legal validity of signatures, and flexible role configuration made it possible to set up access in accordance with ACWA POWER’s complex organizational structure—from engineering groups at project sites to top management at the head office.

Result

Contractor agreements are now approved significantly faster—timeframes have been reduced by 70%. However, the main impact was broader: management gained a real-time overview of who is holding what and at which stage. This directly simplified report preparation for investors: data no longer needs to be manually collected from various sources.
