Documents are signed with E-IMZO, the national digital signature of Uzbekistan, which gives them legal force. You can sign with a key on your computer, with E-IMZO Mobile or with an ID card. Each signature is stored with a timestamp and can be verified, and the signed document carries a QR code that confirms its authenticity.
Internal Document Management System
EdoLine brings every internal document into one workspace. A document is drafted from a template, routed for approval, signed with a legally binding digital signature, registered in a log book and tracked until it is executed.

Creating documents from templates
- Templates per document type — the document text is generated from your organization’s template.
- Online editor — Word documents open and are edited right in the browser.
- Configurable forms — add your own fields to a document type: text, number, amount, date, list, checkbox.
- Upload a ready PDF — an external document can be uploaded as a file and sent for signature.
- Linked documents — a reply or an order issued on an application is linked to the original document.
Document routing and approval
Each document has a route: who approves it, who signs it, who issues the resolution and who carries it out.
- ApprovalApprovers endorse the document one after another or in parallel.
- SigningThe signatory applies an E-IMZO digital signature.
- ResolutionA manager assigns the people responsible and a deadline.
- ExecutionAssignees report back and the controller accepts the result.

Registration and tracking
- Automatic numbering — the registration number comes from the log book for the document type.
- Department log books — documents are registered in the log books of their departments.
- Statuses — see at a glance whether a document is in approval, signing, resolution, execution or completed.
- Confidentiality levels — access to a document depends on its confidentiality level.
Storage and search
- Filters — by title, number, date, document type, status and correspondent organization.
- Access rights — user roles and permissions, document confidentiality levels.
- Audit trail — every participant action on a document is recorded.
- Comments — discuss a document and mention colleagues.
Execution control
A manager issues a resolution, names the lead assignee, co-assignees and a controller, and sets a deadline. Assignees attach their report, and the controller either accepts it or sends it back for rework. Overdue documents and resolutions appear in separate lists.
