Task Assignment and Execution Control

Management instructions no longer get lost or slip past their deadlines. In EdoLine an assignment is issued as a resolution on a document or as a standalone instruction, with assignees, a controller and a due date. Assignees report in the system, the controller signs off, and anything overdue is visible immediately.

Assignments vs. project tasks

Assignments are a tool for execution discipline: a manager sets a task on a document, appoints a controller and a deadline, and completion is formally confirmed. For collaborative project work EdoLine has a separate module: projects and tasks on Kanban boards.
